These initiatives inspire our members, particularly players, to explore long-term involvement in the game through:<\/p>\n<p>RefereeingSkilled volunteer rolesAdministrative leadership<\/p>\n<p>Through the safeguarding framework, our coaches and volunteers now feel more confident stepping into leadership roles, becoming positive role models both on and off the field.<\/p>\n<p>Growth, Success, and Looking Ahead.<\/p>\n<p>The new management structure has directly contributed to the club&#8217;s on-field and off-field growth.
