And she&#8217;s absolutely right.<\/p>\n<p>The reality is, OnlyFans creators do face legitimate hurdles when applying for mortgages. As self-employed borrowers with fluctuating incomes, they&#8217;re often seen as high-risk borrowers by lenders.<\/p>\n<p>According to mortgage advisor service <a class=\"underline underline-offset-4\" href=\"https:\/\/www.financepath.com.au\/can-onlyfans-secure-a-home-loan-in-australia-.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">FinancePath<\/a>, some lenders may not offer products tailored to the non-traditional income sources of OnlyFans creators, limiting their options.
