Wichita State women’s basketball unveiled their complete 2025-26 schedule with the addition of the American Conference dates Thursday morning.
\n\u00a0
\nThe conference schedule features 18 games, nine home and nine away, beginning Tuesday, Dec. 30 on the road at Tulsa. The Shockers will then open home conference play with a three-game stretch in Charles Koch Arena, hosting Tulane on Saturday, Jan. 3, Temple on Jan. 6 and East Carolina and Jan. 10.

\nWichita State will take a trip to the Sunshine State for a pair of road contests against Florida Atlantic (Jan. 13) and South Florida (Jan. 17) before returning home to play Memphis on Jan. 20.

\nThe remainder of the home conference slate features UAB on Jan. 31, Tulsa on Feb. 3, Florida Atlantic on Feb. 10, UTSA on Feb. 21 and North Texas on March 3, and the Shockers will hit the road for East Carolina on Jan. 27, Charlotte on Feb. 7, Rice on Feb. 13, UAB on Feb. 25, Tulane on Feb. 28, and will conclude the regular season on the road at Memphis on March 7.

\nBeginning this season, the American Basketball Championship will feature the top 10 teams in a new five-day bracket format. The No. 1 and No. 2 seeds will advance directly to the semifinals, while the No. 3 and No. 4 seeds will maintain byes to the quarterfinals. The No. 5 and No. 6 seeds will receive byes to the second round. The 2026 championship will run Tuesday through Saturday, March 10-14 at the Legacy Arena at the BJCC in Birmingham, Alabama.

\nSeason tickets are available for purchase at GoShockers.com\/Tickets, with general admission seats starting at $50 and premium seating starting at $75. Group tickets for groups of 10 or more for non-conference games are on sale now and can be purchased over the phone at 316-978-FANS (3267) or in person at the Shocker ticket office. Single game tickets will go on sale in early October.

\nFans can catch the Shockers in action before the regular season opener at the Black vs. Yellow scrimmage at Shocker Madness<\/a> on Oct. 4 at 6 p.m. Wichita State’s annual basketball Tip-Off Luncheon<\/a>, where Coach Nooner and Coach Mills will preview the upcoming season and introduce their teams, is scheduled for Friday, Oct. 17.
