Throw out the Throwdown history
The head-to-head results would indicate Melbourne United have the upper hand on their city rival, but Josh King\u2019s men proved last season that they\u2019ll always be up for this fight. <\/p>\n

Two completely new rosters for this season and both feeling very good about themselves after Round 1 heading into this. Can the Phoenix\u2019s defensive pressure cause a boilover against United?<\/p>\n

Jesse Edwards is a big problem
It\u2019s only been two games, but Dutch center Jesse Edwards is making his presence felt in a big way. He was a major reason why United went into Tasmania and walked away with a win, before going nearly perfect in their dominating win over the Breakers. <\/p>\n

Edwards may just be that missing piece from United\u2019s last two seasons to help them get one step further in NBL26.<\/p>\n
