<\/p>\nZeljko Obradovic, head coach of Partizan, spoke to Part+ about the condition in which Jabari Parker arrived in Belgrade.<\/p>\n
The former second overall pick in the NBA Draft is considered one of the biggest names in Serbian basketball in the 21st century.\u00a0<\/p>\n

His situation draws parallels to a few seasons ago, when Dante Exum also arrived with noticeable extra weight but went on to have one of the best seasons of his career, eventually returning to the NBA.<\/p>\n
\u201cJabari Parker has huge ambition. No less do the other players. When I spoke with him, I told him that the goals are the highest, which is why we wanted to bring him in. That\u2019s exactly what he is showing. <\/p>\n
He is someone hungry for points, someone who attacks. He came in a bit problematic, not fully ready, but that\u2019s okay. This will be worked on during the preparation period,\u201d Zeljko Obradovic\u00a0said.<\/p>\n
