OVERSEAS boxer Ryan Roberts has vowed to put on a show when he faces Fiji\u2019s Kolinio Luvelolo in the Masa South Pacific Light Heavyweight Title bout at the FMF Bluewater Boxing Promotion in Nadi tonight.<\/p>\n
The visiting fighter said he has been training hard and is ready to showcase his skills in his first fight outside of his home country.<\/p>\n
\u201cI\u2019m looking forward to the fight. I\u2019ve trained hard, worked hard, and I\u2019m here to put on a good show for Fiji and also make money for my kids.<\/p>\n
\u201cMuch respect to my opponent,\u201d Roberts said.<\/p>\n
Roberts admitted he came in a little heavier than usual at the weigh-in but said that would not affect his performance.<\/p>\n
\u201cI\u2019m good and ready to go,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n
The 10-round specialist hinted at an early finish but made it clear he is prepared to go the distance if needed.<\/p>\n
\u201cI\u2019m used to 10 rounds. I\u2019m looking for a good finish, and I know I will finish him. That\u2019s how I roll,\u201d Roberts declared confidently.<\/p>\n
He also encouraged fans to fill the arena and witness a fiery main event.<\/p>\n
\u201cCome and watch, we will put on a good show. I\u2019m coming to win,\u201d Roberts said.<\/p>\n
