Special Forces Season 4 also featured Gia\u2019s mom, The Real Housewives of New Jersey<\/a>‘s Teresa Giudice<\/a>; The Valley<\/a> cast member Brittany Cartwright<\/a>; and The Real Housewives of Atlanta<\/a> alum Eva Marcille<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Hours after the sweet exchange, Ariana returned to Instagram to offer an honest update on her personal life. The Real Housewives of Atlanta<\/a> daughter confessed her mind was all over the place, but received a heartening reminder to push through all the uncertainty and self-doubt.<\/p>\n

\u201cMy friend sent me a very motivational text today, and I thought I would share it,\u201d Ariana began in a September 25<\/a> Instagram Reel. \u201cShe said, \u2018You\u2019re doing great in life. Love you, miss you.\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n

Although it was a thoughtful gesture, Ariana immediately questioned what prompted the message.<\/p>\n

\u201c[My friend said], \u2018Because I\u2019m crashing out, and I thought you could use the motivation, as well,\u2019 Ariana recalled. \u201cAnd she was correct.\u201d<\/p>\n

Ariana Biermann offers a motivational message: “Focus on the positive”<\/p>\n

The influencer then used the moment to encourage her followers to never give up or get discouraged by the inevitable twists and turns of life.<\/p>\n

\u201cYou\u2019re doing great… OK? We\u2019re all moving in the right direction,\u201d she said. \u201cAnd we all want ourselves to be at all these different places that you thought you would be at 23, or however old you are.\u201d<\/p>\n

Ariana told viewers that they had two choices: They could \u201cdwell on all the bad things\u201d or \u201cfocus on the positive.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cI don\u2019t know, fake it until you make it and keep moving forward in life,\u201d she continued. \u201cJust [keep] faking it and faking it and faking it until you probably make it and get to where you do want to be. Yeah, I\u2019m having a little crash out. My brain is moving 50 miles a minute.\u201d<\/p>\n
