The second international game of the 2025 NFL season will take place during Week 4 in Dublin, Ireland<\/a>, with the Minnesota Vikings (2-1) taking on the \u201chost team\u201d Pittsburgh Steelers (2-1). Both franchises are coming off Week 3 wins and look to continue their winning ways across the pond. This meeting also serves as the first regular-season NFL game in Ireland.<\/p>\n

Minnesota is riding high coming off a 48-10 demolition of Cincinnati last week. Everything went the Vikings’ way in Week 3 despite having 13 penalties called against them. Cornerback Isaiah Rodgers made NFL history <\/a>with his two defensive touchdowns (pick-six and a fumble return) and two forced fumbles in the game. Rodgers outscored the Bengals by himself en route to that historic day.<\/p>\n

The offense didn’t need much out of quarterback Carson Wentz, filling in for J.J. McCarthy, who is dealing with an ankle injury<\/a>, although he did complete 14 of 20 passes for 173 yards and two touchdowns playing point guard<\/a>. Running back Jordan Mason did his part, adding 116 rushing yards and two touchdowns of his own. Now the Vikings get to try their luck against a Steelers team that hasn’t necessarily shown it can score points consistently when needed.<\/p>\n

Pittsburgh is lucky to be 2-1 after barely beating a New England team that couldn’t get out of its own way last week. The Steelers forced the Patriots into five turnovers, four of which were fumbles, and still managed to win by only seven points.<\/p>\n

Aaron Rodgers and the Steelers offense posted 203 total yards in the game and ran 22 fewer offensive plays than the Patriots. Rodgers had a pedestrian game, completing 16 of 23 passes for 139 yards, 2 touchdowns and 1 interception. Since scoring 34 points against the Jets in that Week 1 win, the Steelers have scored a combined 31 points the past two weeks.<\/p>\n

If Rodgers and this offense can’t get anything going<\/a>, the Vikings could make it a long day in Dublin for the Steelers. If they do, it will be without starting running back Jaylen Warren, who was listed among the gameday inactives with a knee injury. Expect the Steelers to look to backup Kenneth Gainwell (rostered in 18% of Yahoo Fantasy leagues) and rookie Kaleb Johnson (44% rostered) to step up in his place \u2014 fantasy managers should likely prioritize Gainwell if they need a last-minute pickup with Warren’s surprise absence.<\/p>\n
