\u201cI am by no means a protein powder consumer, but knowing that most men and women don\u2019t get enough from their diet alone, I was keen to try this out.<\/p>\n

\u201cI tried True Protein\u2019s Rich Chocolate Plant Protein<\/a> and was pleasantly surprised by how palatable and smooth it was. Not a hint of grittiness, and no expected \u2018earthy\u2019 aftertaste.<\/p>\n

\u201cI tried the Strawberry and Cream Prrotein Powder<\/a> this week and honestly, it surprised me in the best way.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe first thing I noticed when I opened the bag was the smell<\/a> \u2013 it actually reminded me of dessert. Sweet, fruity and a little creamy, it already felt more indulgent than your standard chalky protein.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe taste lived up to the scent too.<\/a> It had that classic strawberry-and-cream flavour, not artificial or overpowering, just smooth and balanced. The texture was easy to drink as well, no weird clumps or powdery aftertaste.<\/p>\n

\u201cI can definitely see myself having this in a smoothie each morning.<\/a> It would be perfect with frozen berries, a banana for a quick breakfast, or even just shaken up with water if I\u2019m in a rush. It feels like a treat but still ticks the box for protein, which is exactly what I want in a supplement.<\/p>\n

\u201cI found this Salted Caramel Protein Powder very tasty.<\/a><\/p>\n

\u201cThe mild caramel, stevia flavour is a little too present<\/a> for my palate but I reckon it would go great in a cashew and date smoothie or mixed through porridge.<\/p>\n

\u201cI tried it with water and would give it a 7.5 out of 10.<\/a> I reckon in milk it would closer to a 9\/10.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cI tried the Vanilla Plant Protein flavour mixed with water<\/a> and really enjoyed it.<\/p>\n

\u201cAs a vegan, it can be hard to find a nice tasting and affordable plant-based protein powder<\/a>. For my next protein-boosted sip, I will probably mix it with oat or almond milk for that thicker consistency.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cI tried the chocolate flavour with milk instead of water<\/a>, which was the correct choice.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe protein powders I\u2019ve had are packed with protein but drowned in sugar,<\/a> causing me to break out in acne. I would rather have clear skin than big muscles.<\/p>\n

\u201cBut this protein powder is high in protein AND has little sugar<\/a>, and still tastes so good. Despite the protein, the powder is still rich in chocolate so, this was definitely one of the better protein powders out there!\u201d<\/p>\n
