Aspen Medical, in partnership with Amazon Web Services (AWS), has announced Vitaport \u2013 one of the world\u2019s first workforce wellbeing platforms to use \u201cagentic AI\u201d for hyper-personalised health, wellbeing and workplace support.<\/p>\n
Agentic AI is the next step up from traditional AI.<\/p>\n
Instead of responding to prompts, it can take the initiative to plan and carry out tasks on its own. In this case to act as a seamless \u201cdigital front door\u201d, helping employees zero in and use the right health and wellbeing resources, organisational assets and company policies, tailored for relevance to daily life.<\/p>\n
The industry-agnostic solution is available to any company or association looking to make a real change in the wellbeing outcomes of its workforce. Early adopters include companies in banking, insurance and resources sectors.<\/p>\n
At its core, Vitaport is designed to make the workplace feel more connected and less cluttered. Employees can access curated content from some of Australia\u2019s leading clinical providers, including The Lifestyle Suite, Metaluma, Digital Wellness, Coach Welly, Energy Flex, and Wexer.<\/p>\n

The partnership with AWS granted the use of advanced AI technology from Amazon Bedrock \u2013 a powerful upgrade allowing the AI assistant to better understand questions, respond more accurately and guide employees to the right content with fewer errors.<\/p>\n
Aspen Medical has invested $5 million in the software as a service (SaaS) technology.<\/p>\n
