{"id":179696,"date":"2025-09-30T09:33:07","date_gmt":"2025-09-30T09:33:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/au\/179696\/"},"modified":"2025-09-30T09:33:07","modified_gmt":"2025-09-30T09:33:07","slug":"zuffa-boxing-signs-paramount-deal","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/au\/179696\/","title":{"rendered":"Zuffa Boxing signs Paramount deal"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Zuffa Boxing is the new professional boxing promotion formed by\u00a0TKO and entertainment conglomerate Sela, with leadership from\u00a0UFC President and CEO Dana White;\u00a0HE Turki Alalshikh,\u00a0Chairman of the General Entertainment Authority and President of the Saudi Boxing Federation;\u00a0Sela Managing Director and CEO\u00a0Dr. Rakan Alharthy; and WWE President and TKO Board Member Nick Khan.<\/p>\n<p>Commencing in January 2026, Paramount will exclusively distribute a full slate of Zuffa Boxing events starting with 12 cards, with plans to grow that number in subsequent years. The bouts will be available via Paramount\u2019s direct-to-consumer streaming platform Paramount+, with the potential for select events to be simulcast on broadcast network CBS as well as other Paramount platforms.<\/p>\n<p>White commented: \u201cI\u2019m excited to bring great boxing events to a global audience. There are millions of boxing fans that will now be able to watch competitive fights with up-and-coming boxers as well as the biggest stars in the sport. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.advanced-television.com\/2025\/08\/11\/paramount-signs-us-rights-deal-for-ufc\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">Paramount will be the home for UFC<\/a> and boxing fans to watch the greatest fights in combat sports.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>HE Turki Alalshikh said: \u201cThis partnership with Paramount reinforces our vision to redefine the way viewers consume boxing. More fight fans will now have access to watch some of the most exciting boxers around.
