A woman found dead at a multimillion-dollar Airbnb in Brisbane\u2019s west has been named, as chilling CCTV capturing her final moments before the horrific discovery emerges.<\/p>\n

Police forced entry to the Kenmore Hills property to perform a welfare check about 12.45pm on Monday.<\/p>\n

Dr Tiffany Wilkes, 54, and an eight-year-old girl were found dead at the scene.<\/p>\n

Dr Wilkes is a prominent anaesthetist who worked as several hospitals across Brisbane, including the Princess Alexandra.<\/p>\n

In a statement, Metro South Health said they extended their deepest sympathies to \u201cthose affected by this tragic incident\u201d.<\/p>\n

\u201cAs this matter is subject to an ongoing police investigation it would be inappropriate to comment further,\u201d a spokeswoman said.<\/p>\n

Chilling CCTV footage, obtained by Channel 7, shows the 54-year-old taking out the bins just one day before the shocking incident.<\/p>\n

The mother and daughter were staying at four-bedroom home, which has been an Airbnb since at least 2023 and was sold in March last year for $2.5m.<\/p>\n

It was listed for almost $1000 a night, with a five-night minimum.<\/p>\n

However, the listing on Stayz no longer appears to be taking bookings, and the property is no longer listed on Airbnb.<\/p>\n

The stunning single-level home sits on a 10,117sq m block and was built in 1994.<\/p>\n

The home has two bathrooms with terracotta-toned floor tiles throughout the house according to a Realestate.com listing.<\/p>\n

Luxurious features of the home include an 8m infinity pool and wraparound verandas that go out to the lawn and gardens.<\/p>\n

The home is described as \u201crich in charm and character\u201d and \u201cutterly refined, peaceful and private\u201d.<\/p>\n

It also backs onto a quaint national park.<\/p>\n

Neighbour Dirk Vandenbroucke told the Courier Mail, that he saw a lot of activity on Monday night.<\/p>\n

\u201cThen we were told something serious had happened \u2026\u201d, he said.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s a very peaceful street, full of people way past their retirement days.\u201d<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, forensic investigators are scouring the residence to establish the circumstances surrounding the deaths.<\/p>\n

Queensland Police say there is no ongoing threat to the public.<\/p>\n
