Motorola are expanding their latest mid-range handsets with the launch of the feature-packed moto g56 5G and moto g86 power 5G offering large displays, durable and stylish designs, all for under $500.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The moto g56 5G and moto g86 power 5G both share a number of features, including military-grade (MIL-STD-810H) durability and IP68\/69 water\/dust protection, large 6.7\u201d displays and a 50MP Sony LYTIA 600 main camera on the rear.<\/p>\n

Both the moto g56 5G and moto g86 power 5G will be powered by Android 15, with 3 years of security updates, as well as a single OS update promised. Motorola are also including moto AI to enhance their camera system, as well as offer summaries of notifications, meetings and more, as well as generative AI with Magic Canvas.<\/p>\n

The moto g86 power 5G is all about the battery, with a massive 6720mAh battery inside the phone, Motorola\u2019s largest and longest-lasting to date, offering up to 53 hours of power on a single charge.<\/p>\n

Priced at $499, the moto g86 5G includes a 6.7\u201d Super HD (2712 x 1220) resolution AMOLED display with 8GB of RAM \u2013 expandable up to 24GB with RAM Boost and 128GB of on-board storage.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The moto g86 5G includes a dual camera array on the rear, with a 50MP Sony LYTIA 600 sensor with optical image stabilisation (OIS) and enhanced by moto ai to ensure crisp shots in all lighting conditions. There\u2019s also an 8MP Ultra-wide sensor on the rear with 118\u00b0 FOV, which also doubles as a macro camera, while on the front you get a 32MP sensor to take those selfies.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Motorola\u2019s partnership with Pantone has inspired the colour options for the moto g86 power 5G in Australia, with two options: PANTONE Cosmic Sky and PANTONE Spellbound Gray.<\/p>\n

Offering a modern and stylish design to go along with the durability, the moto g56 5G will launch in Australia in two flavours (4GB\/128GB + 8GB\/256GB) through retailers and carriers.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 7060, the moto g56 5G includes a large 6.7\u201d FHD+ resolution LCD display with Gorilla Glass 7i for added durability. It\u2019s capable of up to 120Hz refresh and is paired with stereo speakers tuned with Dolby Atmos and added Bass Boost for a full, deep audio experience.\u00a0<\/p>\n

While not as massive as the g86 power, the moto g56 5G also includes a 5200mAh battery offering all-day battery life and fast charging with motorola\u2019s TuboPower 30W charging offering a \u2018a day\u2019s worth of battery in just 36 minutes\u2019.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The same 50MP Sony LYTIA 600 sensor is on the rear, paired with an 8MP ultra-wide sensor, while on the front there\u2019s a 32MP sensor embedded in a punch-hole notch in the display.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The moto g56 5G will come in two colour options which are also both inspired by Motorola\u2019s ongoing partnership with Pantone, Oyster Black and Gray Mist.\u00a0<\/p>\n
