Dylan Efron<\/a> revealed he\u2019s a Belieber on Dancing with the Stars.\n<\/p>\n On the Sept. 30 episode of the ABC dance competition, the Traitors star, 33,\u00a0opened up about his friendship with Justin Bieber<\/a> and what he admires about the SWAG hitmaker.\n<\/p>\n After learning he would be dancing to “Yukon” by Bieber for TikTok night, the social media influencer said, \u201cI love Justin.\u201d<\/p>\n From left: Daniella Karagach and Dylan Efron on ‘Dancing with the Stars’.<\/p>\n Disney\/Eric McCandless<\/p>\n \u201cWhat makes me respect Justin so much is he makes people feel comfortable being vulnerable,\u201d Efron told cameras. \u201cAnd my experience on this show is like a vulnerable moment for me. He’s not perfect, but he’s trying to be better every day.\u201d\n<\/p>\n \u201cThis is the perfect dance for Dylan to turn into the leading man that [judge] Derek<\/a> [Hough] wants him to be,\u201d his partner Daniella Karagach said during their practice ahead of the show.\n<\/p>\n Efron was also thinking of Hough’s critique. \u201cI’m really going to take what Derek said into consideration,\u201d Efron noted of the judge\u2019s comments from last week. \u201cI\u2019m going to become that leading man.\u201d\n<\/p>\n The reality star added that he was determined to “go out there and be dominant” this week, despite how “powerful” his partner is as a dancer.\n<\/p>\n The pair then took to the dance floor for their routine and received praise from the judges.\n<\/p>\n From left: Dylan Efron and Daniella Karagach on ‘Dancing with the Stars’.<\/p>\n Disney\/Eric McCandless<\/p>\n Judge Carrie Ann Inaba<\/a> noted that while Dylan is still a beginner, she commended him for “really learning” the technique of ballroom dancing. She also called him an “amazing student.”\n<\/p>\n Hough called the routine “smooth as silk,” before noting how impressed he was with Efron’s control in the dance. “That was exceptional!” he said, declaring Efron a “leading man” in the competition.\n<\/p>\n Bruno Tonioli<\/a> added, “That’s what we want!”\n<\/p>\n Efron was happy with remarks, saying it “means the world” to him to hear the judges’ positive feedback, especially given how much time they put into rehearsing.\n<\/p>\n Efron is no stranger to being around people in the spotlight.\n<\/p>\n Appearing on the Sept. 4 episode of Jake Shane’s Therapuss podcast<\/a>, Efron opened up about how his older brother Zac Efron<\/a>‘s early time in the spotlight changed their childhood.\n<\/p>\n Dylan Efron at the 2025 American Music Awards held at the Fontainebleau Las Vegas on May 26, 2025 in Las Vegas, Nevada.<\/p>\n Gilbert Flores\/Penske Media via Getty<\/p>\n When asked if he had experienced any anxiety about appearing on Dancing with the Stars,\u00a0Dylan spoke about the pressure that he put on himself to keep his image clean as his brother’s career took off.\n<\/p>\n “No. I just think it’s because my whole life, Zac’s been famous, and I never wanted to mess up his career and stuff like that,” Dylan explained. “So I think that’s something that I’ve been hyper aware of how I present myself and stuff like that from a young age.”\n<\/p>\n
