Unrivaled, the three-on-three women\u2019s basketball league featuring some of the best players from around the world, is coming to Philadelphia.<\/p>\n
On Thursday, Oct. 2, Unrivaled announced Philly will host the league\u2019s inaugural tour stop at the Xfinity Mobile Arena, next year. The league will play back-to-back games between four teams in Philly on Jan. 30, 2026, with tipoff starting at 7:30 p.m. ET. They will be the first women\u2019s professional basketball games in Philadelphia since 1998.<\/p>\n
Mayor Cherelle Parker, NBC Sports Philadelphia\u2019s Kate Scott and WNBA player Natasha Cloud, who is from Delaware County, attended the announcement at Love Park on Thursday.<\/p>\n
\u201cPhiladelphia is the city of firsts, so it makes perfect sense that the Unrivaled League picked our historical city, with unmatched sports enthusiasts, as its first tour stop,\u201d Mayor Parker said. \u201cWe\u2019re excited to kick off our 2026 celebrations by first welcoming this league of women that continues to blaze trails of progress in sports, as well as investments off the court.\u201d\u202f\u00a0<\/p>\n
The games will also air and stream on TNT, truTV and HBOMax. The league will announce the participating clubs during their schedule release in November. Tickets for the tour stop are already on sale on Ticketmaster<\/a> and the Xfinity Mobile Arena website.<\/a><\/p>\n Unrivaled was co-founded by WNBA players Breanna Stewart and Napheesa Collier.
