Zeljko Obradovic\u2019s squad opened the new EuroLeague<\/a> season with an away game against Dubai<\/a> at the \u2018Coca Cola\u2019 Arena.<\/p>\n

Dubai defeated Partizan after a truly dominant performance, with a final score of 89-76. <\/a>After the game, Partizan coach Zeljko Obradovic said:<\/p>\n

\u201cCongratulations to Dubai, they were better tonight. It was obvious we didn\u2019t play defense in the first half. We changed that in the second half and it showed immediately, but then it slipped again. In the final minutes we showed more aggression and some pride, which was a positive,\u201d Zeljko Obradovic said at the start of the press conference, adding:<\/p>\n

\u201cWe don\u2019t have time. We\u2019re traveling back to Belgrade and the next game is already on Thursday. The players know the problem was a lack of aggression and poor decisions on offense. The only positive was our offensive rebounding.\u201d<\/p>\n

The hosts opened the game incredibly, hitting seven threes out of seven attempts.<\/p>\n

\u201cIn the first quarter it was 6\/6. We didn\u2019t play defense. We didn\u2019t contest a single shot with raised hands, they were shooting like in practice. Some things we set up just didn\u2019t happen. That\u2019s how it is. There\u2019s no time for too much analysis. Our first home game is coming up,\u201d Obradovic concluded.<\/p>\n
