Nashville, Tenn. \u2013 The Youngstown State men’s tennis team had a strong showing at the three-day Horizon League Individual Championships which concluded on Sunday at Belmont’s Beaman Family Tennis Complex.<\/p>\n

YSU’s doubles pair of Alexis Maulouet<\/a> and Rafael Le Fur<\/a> reached the semifinals following two wins. In singles, Matteo Ceradelli<\/a> won his first two contests to reach the quarterfinals where dropped a tough three-set decision.<\/p>\n

Overall, the Guins won four matches in the main bracket and added two wins in consolation play.<\/p>\n

YSU returns to action at the ITA Midwest Regionals hosted by DePaul starting on Oct. 16 in Chicago, Ill.<\/p>\n
