Humphrey won’t be involved in Petracca deal\"Chris<\/p>\n

Nine’s Tom Morris tells AFL Trade Radio that Melbourne won’t be getting Bailey Humphrey\u00a0in a deal that sends Christian Petracca\u00a0to Gold Coast.<\/p>\n

Morris believes the Suns would ask for three first-round picks in exchange for Humphrey.<\/p>\n

I don’t believe Merrett has officially requested a trade from Essendon just yet.<\/p>\n

You’d imagine that might be the next lever he has to pull in order to get the ball rolling and to get Essendon and Hawthorn negotiating.<\/p>\n

This is an interesting one from AFL.com.au’s Cal Twomey<\/a>!<\/p>\n

According to Twomey, Collingwood is in the running for Clayton Oliver, whose time at Melbourne is set to come to an end.<\/p>\n

Oliver met with GWS last week but is yet to decide where he wants to continue his career after being told to look elsewhere by the Demons last week.<\/p>\n

Given the fact that the Demons are happy to pay a large portion of his salary, he’s an excellent buy low option for the Pies.<\/p>\n

Could we see St Kilda offer Max Heath to Melbourne as part of a three-club trade with Gold Coast that sees Sam Flanders go to Moorabbin and Christian Petracca to the Suns, along with picks 6 and 7?<\/p>\n

We’ve got our first comment of the year!<\/p>\n

I don’t mind this three-teamer Adam has put up, but I’m yet to see Heath’s name be thrown up as a trade option.<\/p>\n

Heath is currently out of contract, so it’ll be interesting to see where he ends up.<\/p>\n

Would he be okay with being Max Gawn’s understudy for a few years before being his successor at the Demons? It’s not the worst fit!<\/p>\n

Carlton star Charlie Curnow\u00a0is one of a number of former All-Australians up for grabs.<\/p>\n

SEN’s Sam Edmund is of the belief that Curnow will get traded, but says the ball is in Geelong’s court.<\/p>\n
