They&#8217;ll still count toward the Falcons&#8217; 90-man roster count during training camp.<\/p>\n<p>The Falcons held their first open practice earlier Thursday. None of these players were present.<\/p>\n<p>King is a veteran who the Falcons first signed last offseason and re-signed this offseason. He was a key reserve on the defense and a regular fixture on special teams in 2024. Last season, King played in all but two games, starting one, and made 10 tackles, broke up two passes and recovered a fumble.<\/p>\n<p>London spent last season on the Falcons&#8217; practice squad and signed a future\/reserve contract at season&#8217;s end. He was last active for Atlanta in 2023, playing in seven games and making 13 tackles.<\/p>\n<p>Verdon and Bryant were signed as undrafted free agents this year, so they have yet to see an NFL field.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to these roster moves, Atlanta placed <a class=\"nfl-o-cta--link nfl-o-cta--underline\" style=\"word-break: break-word\" href=\"https:\/\/www.atlantafalcons.com\/news\/troy-andersen-placed-on-physically-unable-to-perform-list\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">inside linebacker Troy Andersen<\/a> on the Physically Unable to Perform (PUP) list on Thursday.
