They have a great mix of youth and experience; they have played in a Grand Final a season ago.<\/p>\n<p class=\"css-9czhig-StyledParagraph e4e0a020\">\u201cSydney are after a high profile key forward, that\u2019s the history of the club, it puts bums on seats and makes them relevant.<\/p>\n<p class=\"css-9czhig-StyledParagraph e4e0a020\">\u201cGive more than you can, I am adamant Charlie Curnow will be the biggest pick up this trade period. Sydney \u2013 give a bit more than you\u2019re comfortable giving, don\u2019t waste this opportunity.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"css-9czhig-StyledParagraph e4e0a020\">But if Carlton could not get a deal done with Sydney they should demand a lot from Geelong to move the dual Coleman Medallist to the surf coast.<\/p>\n<p class=\"css-9czhig-StyledParagraph e4e0a020\">\u201cIf I was Carlton I would identify the two or three Geelong players I want,\u201d Cornes said.<\/p>\n<p class=\"css-9czhig-StyledParagraph e4e0a020\">\u201cLet\u2019s say for example I would approach Shannon Neale and say \u2018this is the eight-year contract we have for you worth $850-900k, this is the role we see you playing\u2019.<\/p>\n<p class=\"css-9czhig-StyledParagraph e4e0a020\">\u201cI would be selling the farm \u2013 I don\u2019t know if they\u2019re interested in Neale \u2013 but you get his head around a once-in-a-lifetime contract. That\u2019s how I would do it.
