\n The business, in Museum Walk, Skipton, is truly a family affair. Mark\u2019s youngest daughter, who joined the firm five years ago and now serves as operations director, is preparing to take the reins in the future when her father retires. His wife serves as company secretary, while his other daughter worked in the business as a financial administrator during its earlier years. All their staff over the years are also considered an extended part of the family.\n<\/p>\n
