Bevan French is the frontrunner to claim the Rob Burrow Award for a second straight year, with bookmakers backing the Wigan Warriors<\/a> star to repeat his Old Trafford heroics.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The dynamic playmaker, who claimed the honour in last year\u2019s Grand Final, is priced at 7\/2 with William Hill to be named Man of the Match once again.<\/p>\n

If he delivers on those odds, French would join an elite group of players to have earned the accolade twice, a feat achieved only by Widnes\u2019 Alan Tait and Wigan\u2019s Andy Farrell. It would also mark the third successive season a Wigan player has taken home the Grand Final\u2019s top individual prize, after Jake Wardle\u2019s triumph in 2023.<\/p>\n

French leads star-studded field of contenders<\/p>\n

French\u2019s teammates Jai Field and Mikey Lewis, both Man of Steel nominees, sit close behind at 4\/1, while Harry Smith follows at 6\/1. Jez Litten is next at 8\/1, with Arthur Mourgue and Tyrone May both available at 10\/1 after the former was cleared to play following an injury scare.<\/p>\n

Beyond that, Liam Marshall sits at 14\/1, while the likes of Elliot Minchella, Oliver Gildart, Wardle, and Adam Keighran hover around 16\/1.\u00a0<\/p>\n
