Taylor Swift<\/a> revealed Travis Kelce mistook Hugh Grant\u2019s<\/a> wife, Anna Elisabet Eberstein, for Barbie <\/a>director Greta Gerwig<\/a>, while in the VIP tent at one of the dates on her Eras Tour.<\/p>\n

The record-breaking artist was a guest on Late Night With Seth Meyers on Wednesday (October 8), promoting her latest album \u2018The Life Of A Showgirl\u2019. While there, she discussed her fianc\u00e9e, NFL player Kelce, and one particular moment during an Eras Tour concert in London where the athlete made an embarrassing mix-up.<\/p>\n

\u201cI was like, \u2018I got to let you know, your favourite director is in the tent\u2019. He loves Greta Gerwig\u201d she recalled. \u201cAnd so he was like, \u2018oh, my God, I really want to tell her how funny I thought Barbie was\u2019. And I\u2019m like, \u2018you absolutely should. She\u2019s the sweetest, giggliest person to tell that you like their work. You\u2019re going to love her.\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n

She then explained that after the show, Kelce mentioned that he told Gerwig a joke about how much he loved Barbie, but that she gave a muted response. He also talked about how the filmmaker seemed very close to actor Hugh Grant.<\/p>\n

Confused, Swift said: \u201cI\u2019m seeing all over the internet is just videos of Travis dancing with Greta all night like they\u2019re best friends. And I\u2019m like, \u2018Travis, here\u2019s a video of you with Greta. It feels like she thought the joke was funny.\u2019 And he goes, \u2018oh, that\u2019s not Greta.\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n

Realising his mistake, she explained to her partner: \u201cIs there any chance at all, baby, that you complimented Hugh Grant\u2019s wife, Anna, on her movie Barbie, said, \u2018I\u2019m just Ken too\u2019, and she politely nodded because she didn\u2019t have the heart to tell you she didn\u2019t direct it? And is there any chance that the people that look like soulmates are Hugh Grant and his soulmate?\u201d<\/p>\n

Anna Elisabet Eberstein is a television producer, who has been married to Grant since 2018. The couple share three children.<\/p>\n
