Since Woolworths became the naming rights sponsor in 2018, the program has seen 473,000 registrations.<\/p>\n
A key component of the partnership is the Woolworths Community Fund, which supports local cricket clubs and helps increase participation among children who may not otherwise have access to the sport. The initiative has provided more than $2.5 million in funding, enabling over 50,000 children to play cricket for free.<\/p>\n
The partnership also includes the Woolworths Cricket Blast First XI program, which recognises 11 young participants from around Australia who demonstrate passion, teamwork, and leadership. The selected children receive an exclusive experience at the KFC Big Bash League Final on January 25.
