Physical presence, if required, should be 1 week a month or something. It should not be 1\/2\/3 days a week, and I don\u2019t understand that daily office culture. You are exhausting the person, and sooner or later, they will leave, considering most companies have lenient policies as of today. Money alone isn\u2019t everything today. He joked that the traffic problem is so bad, it should be treated like a pandemic. According to the individual, sitting in traffic for two hours and then trying to look fresh and active at work felt too much for him.
