Scientists may have spotted \u2018wind\u2019 blowing from the Milky Way\u2019s supermassive black hole.<\/p>\n

Most supermassive black holes don\u2019t just swallow up matter, they eject it, sometimes in spectacular jets of super heated plasma. Sagittarius A* at the center of our galaxy has seemed oddly quiet, though. But scientists believe they\u2019ve finally found evidence this plasma wind<\/a>, in the form of a cone-shaped gap<\/a> in the gas surrounding the black hole. It\u2019s not quite as dramatic as Centaurus A<\/a>, but it has it\u2019s own galactic charm.<\/p>\n
