Taylor Swift has another smash album on the charts, breaking records left and right this week. And one song in particular has made a lot of headlines: Wood. The Life of a Showgirl Wood lyrics are connected to reputation in an unexpected way!<\/p>\n

This song goes, ahem, deep. If you allow it to, that is. <\/p>\n

While on first read, it\u2019s inescapably about Travis Kelce\u2019s redwood. We all see it, and you know what? Good for Taylor. That\u2019s what I\u2019ve got to say about that. <\/p>\n

But when I first read the lyrics, I kept thinking about something else from way back in 2017. <\/p>\n

The reputation era comes with its own lore, and one of the most overlooked things was the poems Taylor<\/a> included with her albums and in her press tour. <\/p>\n
