{"id":20993,"date":"2025-07-25T11:33:18","date_gmt":"2025-07-25T11:33:18","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/au\/20993\/"},"modified":"2025-07-25T11:33:18","modified_gmt":"2025-07-25T11:33:18","slug":"percy-jackson-and-the-olympians-s2-teaser","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/au\/20993\/","title":{"rendered":"&#8220;Percy Jackson and the Olympians&#8221; S2 Teaser"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>            <a href=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/au\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/percy-jackson-and-the-olympians.jpg\" data-caption=\"Dusney+\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"696\" height=\"464\" class=\"entry-thumb td-modal-image\" src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/au\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/percy-jackson-and-the-olympians.jpg\" alt=\"\" title=\"percy-jackson-and-the-olympians\"\/><\/a>Dusney+<\/p>\n<p>Disney+ has premiered the first trailer for the second season of its fantasy series \u201cPercy Jackson and the Olympians,\u201d which was just unveiled at San Diego Comic Con.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, the new season has been confirmed for a December 10th launch date, with a third season officially on the way.<\/p>\n<p>The second season is based on Riordan\u2019s second Percy Jackson novel \u201cSea of Monsters,\u201d as Percy (Walker Scobell) and his fellow demigods go on an oceangoing quest to retrieve the Golden Fleece.<\/p>\n<p>Daniel Diemer joins the cast as Percy\u2019s cyclops half-brother, Tyson.  Walker Scobell, Leah Sava Jeffries, Aryan Simhadri, Virginia Kull, and Adam Copeland all return alongside co-showrunners Dan Shotz and Jonathan E. Steinberg.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, the San Diego panel also saw a major announcement.
