From there, Wilson controlled the pace, showing poise and precision under pressure.<\/p>\n<p><a class=\"show_card\" href=\"https:\/\/racerxonline.com\/rider\/cedric-soubeyras\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Cedric Soubeyras<\/a> (Boost Mobile Honda Racing) from France chased hard to second, with <a class=\"show_card\" href=\"https:\/\/racerxonline.com\/rider\/hayden-mellross\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Hayden Mellross<\/a> (Mellross Homes Motorsport) rounding out the podium after a consistent showing across both finals.<\/p>\n<p>But the night belonged to Wilson \u2014 racing with emotion and determination as he dedicated the win to his mother, who passed this morning.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis one means a lot,\u201d said Wilson, visibly emotional on the podium. \u201cIt\u2019s been a tough week, but I just wanted to ride strong and do it for my family. Huge thanks to the fans \u2014 you guys lifted me all night.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>DEWALT SX2 \u2013 Turner Extends His Streak for Yamalube Yamaha<\/p>\n<p>The SX2 class brought intensity from the first gate drop, with early crashes claiming <a class=\"show_card\" href=\"https:\/\/racerxonline.com\/rider\/wilson-todd\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Wilson Todd<\/a>, Jack Burn, and <a class=\"show_card\" href=\"https:\/\/racerxonline.com\/rider\/shane-mcelrath\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Shane McElrath<\/a>, forcing all three to claw back from deep in the field.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, American <a class=\"show_card\" href=\"https:\/\/racerxonline.com\/rider\/lux-turner\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Lux Turner<\/a> (Yamalube Yamaha Racing) once again stole the spotlight, dominating both finals to secure back-to-back victories and strengthen his championship lead.<\/p>\n<p><a class=\"show_card\" href=\"https:\/\/racerxonline.com\/rider\/wilson-todd\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Wilson Todd<\/a> (Berry Sweet Honda) recovered brilliantly to finish second overall, while <a class=\"show_card\" href=\"https:\/\/racerxonline.com\/rider\/kaleb-barham\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Kaleb Barham<\/a> delivered another consistent performance for third.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>In the final showdown, Turner completed a perfect weekend sweep ahead of <a class=\"show_card\" href=\"https:\/\/racerxonline.com\/rider\/alex-larwood\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Alex Larwood<\/a> (Honda Racing) and <a class=\"show_card\" href=\"https:\/\/racerxonline.com\/rider\/jake-cannon\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Jake Cannon<\/a> (Penrite Empire Kawasaki).<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe team gave me an incredible bike this weekend,\u201d said Turner. \u201cThe track was technical, the pressure was high, but I just focused on executing every lap. It\u2019s unreal to come away with two wins to start the season.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>SX3 \u2013 Kingsford Untouchable as Honda Sweeps Again<\/p>\n<p><a class=\"show_card\" href=\"https:\/\/racerxonline.com\/rider\/kayd-kingsford\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Kayd Kingsford<\/a> (Honda) continued his red-hot form in SX3, leading every lap to take another dominant win ahead of Jack Deveson and Hayden Downie. Kingsford has been in a class of his own through the opening rounds, setting the early benchmark for the championship.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI just tried to stay smooth and out front,\u201d said Kingsford. \u201cThe whole Honda team has been amazing all weekend. Couldn\u2019t ask for a better start to the season.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Huge Crowds and Supercross Spirit in Full Force<\/p>\n<p>Across two massive nights at Kayo Stadium, fans packed the stands for world class racing that delivered emotion, chaos, and redemption stories in spades.<\/p>\n<p>AUSX Co-Founder Adam Bailey said the Moreton Bay double-header set a new benchmark for the series:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis weekend captured everything Supercross is about \u2014 heart, rivalry, and world-class entertainment.
