Everyone has witnessed Nicole Kidman<\/a> being booked and busy<\/a> following her break-up with country rocker Keith Urban.<\/p>\n

Kidman, 58, graced Paris Fashion Week with her presence last week, throwing herself back into her \ufeffhobbies and accepting a global ambassador role for Chanel \u2013 and that’s all alongside her various acting projects coming up in future months.<\/p>\n

According to relationship expert Susie Kim<\/a>, Kidman’s busy schedule is actually a very healthy coping mechanism following a split.<\/a><\/p>\n

“I think it really helps to keep busy and reconnect with or keep engaged with all of the things that you love,” Kim tells nine.com.au.<\/p>\n

“Nicole loves fashion; I mean, she looked freaking amazing and in that white shirt (that she wore at Paris Fashion Week).”<\/p>\n

“She loves being out there, she loves her family… I think it’s great.”<\/p>\n

Kim says getting back in touch with your own interests is one of the healthiest ways to cope with a break-up.<\/p>\n

“I think it is good to keep busy and engaged. Usually during the break-up, you’ve invested less time in some of the things that you’ve loved, or maybe you’ve lost contact with some of your friends,” she said.<\/p>\n

“It’s a really good time (for her) to reconnect with all of the things that make her happy, all the things (she) enjoys.”<\/p>\n

“Get back into your really healthy routines, like exercise and seeing your friends and family. You have all this extra energy and extra time to either reinvigorate a passion project or rediscover an old hobby… or discover a new one.<\/p>\n

“Even make some new friends. I think it’s just a good time to put that energy towards something that is meaningful to you and in line with your values.”<\/p>\n

Kidman attended Paris Fashion Week with her two daughters, Sunday and Faith.<\/p>\n

She also has dozens of upcoming projects she’s working on. \ufeff<\/p>\n

The actress recently wrapped up filming on the AppleTV series Margo’s Got Money Troubles, Amazon Prime’s Scarpetta series as well as the sequel to the 1998 film Practical Magic<\/a> with Sandra Bullock.<\/p>\n

\ufeffOn top of all that, she’s also gearing up to star in the A24 film<\/a> Discretion, which is in the pre-production stages, as well as executive producing and starring in the series adaptation of the beloved book Girls and Their Horses.<\/p>\n

Her Paramount+ show Lioness, produced by \ufeffTaylor Sheridan and Blake Shelton, has also been renewed for a third season.<\/p>\n
