And just like that…\u00a0Sabrina Carpenter<\/a> is pulling double duty on\u00a0Saturday Night Live<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The “Espresso” hitmaker is set to host and be the musical guest on the upcoming Oct. 18 episode of\u00a0SNL, and the late-night sketch comedy series just gave viewers the first taste of Sabrina’s first time as host.<\/p>\n

Sabrina channels\u00a0Sarah Jessica Parker’s iconic Carrie Bradshaw character in a\u00a0Sex and the City-themed teaser<\/a> released Oct. 15 in which she declares, “New York is one big apple, and I’m taking my bite at\u00a0Saturday Night Live.”<\/p>\n

The 26-year-old walks down the hallway backstage at 30 Rock, passing a few\u00a0SNL writers and cast members, poking fun of herself along the way.<\/p>\n

After one of them asks what she’s up to, she responds, “In these heels? Probably, like, 5’4″.”<\/p>\n

Later on, she mistakes\u00a0Marcello Hernandez\u2014who she famously “arrested” at one of her concerts last fall before reuniting with him during his Domingo sketch<\/a> on\u00a0SNL50 this past February\u2014for Carrie’s longtime love Mr. Big.<\/p>\n

“Oh, thank God!” Sabrina says as she finishes off a cosmopolitan. “It’s Mr. Big!”<\/p>\n
