BOSTON \u2014 Jaylen Brown<\/a> left the Celtics\u2019 preseason game against the Raptors midway through the first quarter, going back to the locker room. He started Wednesday\u2019s game at TD Garden as the C\u2019s played through most of their rotation in their final preseason game<\/a>. No official word yet from the team on Brown\u2019s status, though he hasn\u2019t returned to the Celtics bench.<\/p>\n

As Brown left for the locker room, it appeared that he was favoring his left hamstring. Considering it\u2019s just preseason action, the Celtics will be cautious with their four-time All-Star. But that is something to monitor going forward.<\/p>\n

Brown played seven minutes in the first quarter Wednesday, putting up seven points, two rebounds and one steal. It looked like Brown tweaked his hamstring when pushing the pace, grabbing at the area. He stayed in for a couple more possessions before checking out of the game then going to the Celtics locker room afterwards.<\/p>\n
