{"id":217218,"date":"2025-10-16T07:36:11","date_gmt":"2025-10-16T07:36:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/au\/217218\/"},"modified":"2025-10-16T07:36:11","modified_gmt":"2025-10-16T07:36:11","slug":"utah-mammoth-unveil-mascot-tusky-at-their-second-home-opener","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/au\/217218\/","title":{"rendered":"Utah Mammoth unveil mascot Tusky at their second home opener"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"c-paragraph\">SALT LAKE CITY (AP) \u2014 The Utah Mammoth unveiled their mascot, Tusky, on Wednesday night at their second home opener since beginning play in Salt Lake City.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">Tusky joined Gritty of the the Philadelphia Flyers, Buoy of the Seattle Kraken and Chance of the Vegas Golden Knights as some of the NHL\u2019s newest mascots.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">The organization opted for a light blue mammoth with No. 00 on its back and leaned into its \u201cTusks Up\u201d rallying cry.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">This is the first season Utah is known as the Mammoth.
