Victor Wembanyama has looked unstoppable in the preseason. Five games of dominance bodes well for what we will see in the regular season. Wembanyama is an early-season favorite for another All-Star appearance and should be a competitor for the Defensive Player of the Year. It\u2019s just the preseason, but all signs are pointing toward a career-best season from the third-year big man.<\/p>\n
The Spurs wings have played extremely well this preseason. Julian Champagnie has been a lights out shooter in the starting lineup. Keldon Johnson has been incredible offensively. Even the rookie Carter Bryant has looked solid. Are these preseason performances a flash in the pan, or an indication of what is to come? Another good performance from the wings on Friday night would build momentum heading into the regular season next week.<\/p>\n
Arguably the biggest story of the preseason outside of Wembanyama\u2019s play has been how good Spurs\u2019 rookie Dylan Harper has looked. The guard looks like a natural playmaker, sound defender, and awesome all-around offensive player in the preseason.
