Sister Wives star Robyn Brown has made it clear throughout her marriage to Kody Brown that she wanted to marry into a polygamous family. Following Kody\u2019s splits from three of his four wives, the father of 18 is worried he\u2019s lost his \u201cvalue\u201d in Robyn\u2019s eyes.<\/p>\n

\u201cShe married me under the premise of plural marriage with the expectation of plural marriage,\u201d Kody, 56, said during a confessional in a preview clip obtained by Us Weekly<\/a> for the upcoming episode of their TLC series. \u201cWhen the other wives left, I wondered if my value to her was diminished. I\u2019m still wondering.\u201d<\/p>\n

According to Kody, Robyn, 47, \u201cstruggled\u201d after his divorces<\/a> from ex-wives Christine Brown, Janelle Brown and Meri Brown.<\/p>\n

Robyn was previously married to a man named David Jessop. Their monogamous relationship ended in divorce before she joined the Brown family<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Kody \u2013 who was legally wed to first wife Meri, 54, at the time \u2013 divorced Meri in order to legally marry Robyn and adopt her three children from her previous marriage.<\/p>\n

\u201cSure, being the only wife is great in some ways, but there\u2019s also ways that it\u2019s not great,\u201d Robyn said in the preview clip. \u201cThis was not the life that I expected and not the life that I planned for myself. While I love Kody, I did not ever intend or expect or want to have him to myself. I always wanted to live plural marriage. I wanted to live my religion.\u201d<\/p>\n
