The Premier League are considering scrapping Boxing<\/a> Day fixtures from the domestic calendar. <\/a>It’s been claimed that the top-flight governing body is having difficulty scheduling fixtures due to the expanded UEFA competitions and the FA Cup<\/a> having three weekend slots.<\/p>\n The FA<\/a> Cup fourth, fifth and sixth round games have a dedicated weekend slot to fulfill said fixtures, leaving the Premier League<\/a> with fewer weekends to fit in their games.
