Hamzah Sheeraz has his sights set on Terence Crawford.<\/p>\n

Crawford dethroned Canelo Alvarez<\/a> on September 13, to claim the undisputed super middleweight crown.<\/a><\/p>\n

Sheeraz has amassed a pro record of 22-0-1 since turning pro in 2017 and feels he is ready for a world title shotCredit: Getty<\/p>\n

He also became the\u00a0first male three-weight undisputed champion of the four-belt era<\/a>, after reigning supreme in the\u00a0super lightweight and welterweight divisions.<\/p>\n

As attention quickly turned to who will be the first man to challenge ‘Bud’ for his recently claimed titles, 6ft 3ins challenger Sheeraz has thrown his name into the mix.<\/p>\n

Should the champion opt to stay at super middleweight, Sheeraz has made it clear<\/a> that he wants a chance to challenge him for the titles.<\/p>\n

He told The Ring: \u201cI could still fight Canelo.<\/p>\n

\u201cBut I\u2019d just like a shot at the titles, no matter who has got them.<\/p>\n

\u201cIf Crawford has them, if he stays at the weight, then I\u2019ll fight him.<\/p>\n

“But if he vacates then I\u2019m mandatory with the WBC. <\/p>\n

“I just want a crack at the titles.\u201d<\/p>\n

While Sheeraz was linked to facing Canelo early next year<\/a>, it seems that Crawford is the most logical option for him.<\/p>\n

As long as ‘Bud’ is the one in position of the titles.<\/p>\n

At the start of the month Crawford met up with Saudi boxing promoter, Turki Alalshikh, to discuss his potential next steps.<\/a><\/p>\n

While the 38-year-old has yet to set his next plan in stone, but certainly has an array of opponents to chose from should he remain active.<\/p>\n

As the sports current pound-for-pound king<\/a>, Crawford has teased chasing a world title at middleweight.<\/p>\n

It remains the only division from lightweight to super middleweight that he is yet to dominate.<\/p>\n

That being said, there is still the possibility that he retires with a perfect 42-0 record.<\/p>\n
