Two of The Voice\u2019s<\/a> brightest stars have secured their spot in the singing competition\u2019s grand finale, after combining raw talent and star power in their standout performances.<\/p>\n

Cassie Henderson, 26, will represent Melanie \u201cMel C\u201d Chisholm, while Bella Parnell, 21, will sing for Richard Marx\u2019s team.<\/p>\n

Sunday night\u2019s electrifying episode saw the pair rise above the competition to earn a shot at the crown.<\/p>\n

After the nail-biting showdown, the artists reflected on the intensity of the night.<\/p>\n

\u201cI was really feeling the pressure,\u201d Henderson told 7NEWS.com.au.<\/p>\n

\u201cBut I just locked down and looked out into the crowd to see my family there for the first time in the competition \u2014 it was so amazing.<\/p>\n

\u201cI also felt the weight and support of all those people who were on my team \u2014 all the singers, everybody who had stepped onto the stage alongside me up to that point.\u201d<\/p>\n

Chisholm hailed Henderson as a \u201csuperstar\u201d after her stunning performance of Lorde\u2019s Green Light.<\/p>\n

Parnell, meanwhile, earned her place in the grand final with a breathtaking rendition of Adele\u2019s Skyfall, which impressed her coach.<\/p>\n

\u201cShe absolutely accomplished everything I wanted from that performance,\u201d Marx said.<\/p>\n

Parnell admitted she was initially taken aback by the choice.<\/p>\n

\u201cWhen I first got the song, I was a bit shocked \u2014 it\u2019s such a big song,\u201d she said. \u201cIt was a special night and so special to have my mum with me before the performance, during the mentoring.\u201d<\/p>\n

Chisholm called Parnell\u2019s journey \u201cone of the most incredible\u201d on the show, noting that she had never performed in front of an audience before her blind audition.<\/p>\n

Parnell, a finance student, expressed gratitude to Marx for his guidance and mentorship.<\/p>\n

\u201cRichard kept telling me to just be present and not let the nerves take over but also accept the nerves as part of the performance,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n

\u201cHe\u2019s incredible … like his experience is insane, but I think when you get to know him, he\u2019s actually just a lovely soul. He\u2019s so genuine and also really down to earth.<\/p>\n

\u201cI went into the competition not having much experience but there was so much to learn from everyone \u2014 the contestants and coaches.\u201d<\/p>\n

Next Sunday, artists from Kate Miller-Heidke and Ronan Keating\u2019s teams will battle it out for their chance to join the grand final line-up.<\/p>\n

The Voice semi-final continues October 26 at 7.00pm on Channel 7 and 7plus.<\/p>\n
