Last month, members of Victoria\u2019s AFL Masters team hit the training track alongside Brownlow medallist Tom Mitchell and Hawthorn legend Shane Crawford to prove one thing: there should be no age limit to healthy living.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The new work was created by Sunday Gravy, whose short-form videos captured candid vox pops with AFL Masters players alongside Mitchell and Crawford \u2013 highlighting the humour, grit and humanity of Australians who are truly \u201cdoing it for life.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The content forms part of leading life, health and wellbeing insurer AIA Australia\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/campaignbrief.com\/aia-australia-champions-health-and-wellbeing-in-new-do-it-for-life-brand-platform-via-bullfrog\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Do It For Life campaign, developed by Bullfrog<\/a>, which calls on Australians to unlock their motivation to lead healthier, longer, better lives by making small, sustainable daily habits they can stick to.<\/p>\n<p>\t\t\t\t\t    \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/au\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/Screenshot-2025-10-20-at-11.00.57\u202fam.jpg\" alt=\"Sunday Gravy brings AIA Australia\u2019s \u2018Do It For Life\u2019 campaign to life with AFL Masters Over-55s\"\/><\/p>\n<p>AIA Australia\u2019s mission is to champion Australia to be the healthiest nation in the world. The insurer\u2019s own research proves that by making small changes, Australia can meet this target:<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Members of AIA\u2019s health and wellbeing program AIA Vitality live on average 3 years longer and have a 16% lower mortality rate.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 In Australia\u2019s \u201cVitality Zones\u201d, residents who exercise more and connect socially live 8 years longer than the national average (83.4 vs 75.2 years) and are 43% less likely to die a preventable death.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Hospital claims are 7% lower for AIA Health customers who maintain regular physical activity.<\/p>\n<p>The campaign is running through an integrated paid media push during the AFL footy finals, supported by social executions on Instagram and YouTube.<\/p>\n<p>Through Do It For Life, AIA Australia is celebrating the everyday choices \u2013 putting on the footy boots, walking the dog an extra block, or making a small financial sacrifice \u2013 that add up to a longer, healthier life.
