Joe Jonas<\/a> is opening up about the very modern way in which he\u2019s tackling dating in the spotlight.\n<\/p>\n Jonas, 36, covered Esquire<\/a> alongside his brothers Nick<\/a>, 33, and Kevin<\/a>, 37, and revealed that while he doesn\u2019t use dating apps, he does make good use of the internet.\n<\/p>\n \u201cI guess Instagram and TikTok are apps, and I\u2019ve met people that way,\u201d he told the outlet.\n<\/p>\n The Jonas Brothers<\/a> star was previously married to actress Sophie Turner<\/a>, with whom he shares daughters Willa, 5, and Delphine, 3. He filed for divorce<\/a> in September 2023 after four years of marriage, and their split was finalized one year later.\n<\/p>\n Jonas is currently on the Jonas Brothers\u2019 JONAS20: Greetings from Your Hometown Tour<\/a>, which he said can making dating all the more difficult.\n<\/p>\n \u201cFive shows in a row doesn\u2019t make it easy to meet someone for coffee,\u201d he told Esquire.\n<\/p>\n Jonas Brothers.<\/p>\n Billy Kidd<\/p>\n In May, the star talked about the struggles of opening himself up to love again after divorce<\/a> in a TalkShopLive stream, saying that the title for his song \u201cOnly Love\u201d came from someone he was dating.\n<\/p>\n \u201cI was seeing somebody at the time and I was kind of having this idea of dating again. It was really scary and intimidating,\u201d he said. \u201cLove takes different shapes and forms and I was re-discovering what that was.\u201d\n<\/p>\n Jonas said that the unnamed person \u201ccomically\u201d brushed aside his romantic concerns by saying, \u201cWell, it\u2019s only love,\u201d which ultimately inspired the song.\n<\/p>\n \u201cI was like, \u2018Well, when you put it that way\u2026\u2019 So we wrote a song about it,\u201d he said. \u201cLike, it was not a big deal, but it was a big deal to me, and a big deal to them, too.
