Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) Heavyweight champion Tom Aspinall is set to make his first title defense<\/a> as undisputed champion against former interim titleholder Ciryl Gane in the main event of UFC 321<\/a> this weekend (Sat., Oct. 25, 2025) inside Etihad Arena on \u201cFight Island<\/a>\u201d in Abu Dhabi.<\/p>\n

Aspinall went with classic Vale Tudo-style shorts emblazoned with the red, white, and blue Union Jack pattern, along with a Manchester worker bee as a nod to his hometown pride. It\u2019s a simple, no-nonsense design \u2014 fitting for a fighter who proudly represents the U.K.<\/p>\n

However, fan reactions have been mixed. Some praised the clean look, while others couldn\u2019t resist comparing the design to something Austin Powers might wear \u2014 IYKYK<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\u201cThey are not the worst, but they are not the best either, but they fit for how basic Tom is,\u201d a fan wrote on social media .<\/p>\n
