I have a feeling that even using the term \u201cAI\u201d in a year\u2019s time will make me look hopelessly outdated, like someone calling the internet \u201cthe information superhighway\u201d. AI is a part of approximately 80 per cent of my conversations right now, but I suspect that very soon, it\u2019ll be so ubiquitous as to barely rate a mention.<\/p>\n And yet, here I am writing about AI because it\u2019s the biggest thing to happen to shopping this year.
