ONE of the least surprising Supercars silly season revelations is now official: Jack Le Brocq<\/a> will depart Erebus Motorsport at the end of 2025.<\/p>\n

Le Brocq is currently in the second half of the two-year deal he swiftly signed in the wake of shock news that Will Brown<\/a> was defecting to Triple Eight.<\/p>\n

The partnership saw \u2018JLB\u2019 reunite with his 2012 Australian Formula Ford title-winning engineer Barry Ryan and has delivered regular top 10 results but no podiums as yet.<\/p>\n

Their impending split has been expected for some time<\/a>, with Le Brocq known to be eager to return to Matt Stone Racing, in turn freeing up a seat for Erebus to promote its next rising star.<\/p>\n

There is no confirmation as yet on Le Brocq\u2019s 2026 deal nor his replacement in Car #9 \u2013 the latter is expected to be Jobe Stewart<\/a> though.<\/p>\n

\u201cJack has been a valuable part of our team and we\u2019ve all really enjoyed working with him,\u201d said Ryan, who is Erebus\u2019 CEO.<\/p>\n

\u201cAs we look ahead to 2026 and beyond, we\u2019re excited about the next chapter for Erebus and the direction we\u2019re heading.<\/p>\n

\u201cBut right now, our focus is on the job in front of us. We\u2019ll keep racing hard and we\u2019re committed to chasing results together with Jack right through to the end of the 2025 season.\u201d<\/p>\n
