The reality star and entrepreneur commanded attention in a pale blue satin gown straight from Dior\u2019s Spring 2000 archives.<\/p>\n

The vintage number featured a sculpted corset bodice that hugged to her signature curves. The soft, structured draping cascaded from the waist into a flowing skirt while the icy blue fabric shimmered under the lights.<\/p>\n

Kardashian was joined by her mom, Kris Jenner<\/a>, who looked sophisticated in a black velvet gown with a striking white pleated collar.<\/p>\n
