20th Century Studios has released a new international trailer for \u201cPredator: Badlands,\u201d the next live-action film continuing the \u201cPredator\u201d franchise.<\/p>\n

Following the success of \u201cPrey\u201d and the recent animated anthology film \u201cPredator: Killer of Killers,\u201d f<\/p>\n

Filmmaker Dan Trachtenberg, the man behind \u201cPrey\u201d and animated anthology\u201d returns for the new film, which is set in the future on a remote planet.<\/p>\n

A young Predator \u2013 outcast from his clan \u2013 finds an unlikely ally in the Weyland-Yutani android Thia (Elle Fanning) and embarks on a treacherous journey in search of the ultimate adversary.<\/p>\n

Unlike previous movies in the franchise, here the Predator is the protagonist rather than an antagonist. <\/p>\n

Dimitrius Schuster-Koloamatangi takes on the role of the Predator, who is named Dek, in the film. The production took place in New Zealand.<\/p>\n

\u201cPredator: Badlands\u201d is slated to be theatrically released on November 7th.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
