While new head coach Mike Sullivan is trying to put his fingerprints on this club, general manager and president of hockey operations Chris Drury has struggled to find consistency during his time with New York. <\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg\">The lack of success and high-profile off-ice drama, trading away Jacob Trouba and Chris Kreider, trading for J.T.
