The Cronulla Sharks are looking for talented, confident and professional dancers to join the 2026 Minespec Parts Mermaids team.<\/p>\n
As part of the squad, you’ll perform at home games throughout the NRL and NRLW season and represent the club at community and promotional events.<\/p>\n
We’re after individuals who are energetic, reliable, team-focused and comfortable engaging with fans of all ages.<\/p>\n

The Minespec Parts Mermaids are proud ambassadors of the Sharks, showcasing the club’s values on and off the field as an integral piece of the overall brand.<\/p>\n
Regarded as one of rugby league’s leading cheer squads under the guidance of director Robyn Parras, the Mermaids alone have a social following in excess of 130,000 while also featuring regularly on the various Sharks channels.<\/p>\n
As well as lighting up the field and precinct at every home game, the Mermaids also performed in Las Vegas, Perth, Brisbane and Melbourne during 2025.<\/p>\n
