Blake Wilson may have fallen down the pecking order at the Canterbury Bulldogs<\/a>, but the young winger is ready to show Manly<\/a> fans \u2014 and the rest of the league \u2014 exactly what he can do in his new venture.<\/p>\n

The Sea Eagles announced on Friday that the 25-year-old would be donning new colours in 2026, inking a fresh deal that will see him stay in Manly until the end of 2027.<\/p>\n

Wilson spent a bit of time in the Bulldogs reserve grade teams but did eventually find himself a regular spot in Cameron Ciraldo’s first grade side in his debut season.<\/p>\n

That season, he featured in 11 games and scored six tries. He went on to wear the Bulldogs jersey another 18 times over the next two years. <\/p>\n

In 2025, Wilson managed just six grades in the top-flight before being overlooked in favour of Enari Tuala and Jethro Rinakama.<\/p>\n

In reserve grade, he played 30 games and scored 21 tries for the boys from Belmore.<\/p>\n

Being from Noosa, Wilson admitted he is excited to get back to the coastal lifestyle. <\/p>\n

“It’s an exciting move for me and one that I’m really looking forward to,” he said.<\/p>\n

“I’ve heard a lot of good things about the Club, and I look forward to meeting my new teammates and all the staff.<\/p>\n

“Being from Noosa, the coastal lifestyle is a big plus for us too.”<\/p>\n

Coach Anthony Seibold praised Wilson’s talent on the field.<\/p>\n

“Blake is a talented winger who is good at his craft and who knows his way to the tryline,” Seibold said.<\/p>\n

“He joins us looking for a new opportunity and will add further depth and quality to our outside backs.<\/p>\n
