Carlton\u2019s Lachie Fogarty grew up at 12 Eliza Close, Williamstown North. Apart from when he played at Geelong, he lived at the family home until about 12 months ago.<\/p>\n
Carlton small forward Lachie Fogarty\u2019s Williamstown North family home has hit the market with a $1.8m-$1.95m range.<\/p>\n

Picture: Michael Klein.<\/p>\n An island bench, subway-style tiled splashbacks and a walk-in pantry in the kitchen.<\/p>\n Fogarty said his parents, who are now downsizing, had renovated the kitchen and bathrooms within the past nine years or so.<\/p>\n He recalled playing in the quiet street with his two older brothers and local kids, as a child.<\/p>\n \u201cBecause it\u2019s a dead-end street, so not many cars actually come down it,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n \u201cSo we\u2019d spend most days at the front of the house, whether it was playing cricket, basketball or footy, so they\u2019re probably some of my best memories.\u201d<\/p>\n \u2026 or enjoy the undercover alfresco entertainers\u2019 zone.<\/p>\n The friendly neighbourhood and community feel are among his other cherished memories.<\/p>\n Beyond the landscaped front yard, the residence has formal and informal dining and entertaining areas.<\/p>\n There\u2019s a guest bedroom on the ground floor, while upstairs contains four bedrooms, a central bathroom and retreat.<\/p>\n The main bedroom showcases a bay window, walk-in wardrobe and ensuite.<\/p>\n Jellis Craig\u2019s Anthony Christakakis said the home had attracted interest from family buyers.<\/p>\n \u201cI think coming into summer, the swimming pool set-up and the alfresco entertainment area with a built-in barbecue is pretty appealing,\u201d Mr Christakakis said<\/p>\n \u201cA home with five bedrooms is something that doesn\u2019t pop up in the Williamstown area too often.\u201d<\/p>\n There\u2019s both a family bathroom and a bedroom ensuite in the house.<\/p>\n The Blues\u2019 Matthew Kennedy and Lachie Fogarty celebrate during the 2023 AFL first semi final match against the Demons.
