EDISTO ISLAND, S.C. \u2013 Fanni Gronlund<\/a> is tied for 10th individually and Campbell is fourth in the team standings after Sunday’s opening round of the Edisto Island Invitational at the Plantation Course.

\nNone of the 77 golfers in the field finished in red numbers Sunday on the par-71, 5980-yard layout.\u00a0 Elon teammates Emma Hansen and Ashley Lafontaine along with Molly Hardwick of host Charleston, all turned in one-over 72s to share the individual lead, one shot better than Elsa Steinarsdottir of Western Carolina.

\nElon took the team lead with a 10-over 294, five strokes ahead of Georgia State (299).\u00a0 Charleston (300), Campbell (308) and Stetson (310) rounded out the top five.

\nGronlund shot a four-over 75 to stand in a tied for 10th on the individual leader board, while Taylah Ellems<\/a> is T14 (76) and Izabella Grimbrandt<\/a> T22 (77).\u00a0 \u00a0Jade Potter<\/a> and Isabella Hahne<\/a> are T37 (80), while Linn Svedlund<\/a> is tied for 44th (81) while playing as an individual.
